My branding sessions give entrepreneurs, real estate agents and creatives a complete, intentional shoot built around their identity. We start with a Zoom call to talk through your goals and vision, and I create a custom vision board and shot plan from there. On shoot day, we meet on location and capture a clean, versatile set of images you can use across your website, social media and marketing. It’s a streamlined, full-featured experience that builds a strong visual foundation for your brand.

How do I book/secure a photo session with you?
The process begins with a conversation to ensure we are a good fit for your vision. You can reach out through my Contact page (via the contact form), text me, or send a DM to my Instagram (@ecoportraits).
Once we confirm the details, I’ll send a booking link for you to select your preferred date and time. A 50% retainer (half the final amount), sent via e-transfer, is then required to secure your slot, followed by a digital contract to sign. Once both are completed, your session is officially reserved.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Final photos are delivered within one week of your session once the final payment has been received. If for any reason it takes longer, I will let you know right away.
Can I order prints or albums through you?
Yes, absolutely. You’ll receive a personal gallery where you can select your favourite photos, add them to your cart, and order prints, photo books, and more.
Do you have a studio?
While waist-up sessions are available in my home studio at no additional cost, a professional studio rental is required for full-body sessions or specific creative visions. I commonly book at The Creative Lounge WPG, which offers a variety of backdrop colors and furniture (such as couches and chairs) to achieve different looks. While we may book elsewhere to better suit a specific vision, a studio rental add-on generally carries an additional cost of $70.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel fees may apply for on-location shoots depending on the distance within/from the city. Since these fees are situational, please inquire with your preferred location for a specific quote.
How does payment work?
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required for all bookings, ranging from portrait sessions to weddings. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot. Payments are accepted via e-transfer. Professional invoices are available upon request for your records.
How is wedding coverage timed?
To ensure a seamless flow and capture the natural story of your day, all wedding packages (4, 6, or 8 hours) consist of consecutive hours of coverage. For planning and efficiency purposes, coverage cannot be staggered or split throughout the day. This allow us to stay in the creative "zone" and ensures no moments are missed during transitions.
What Happens After Your Photo Session?
Following our session, you’ll be invited to a private, watermarked gallery to preview the results. From there, you can curate your final collection by selecting/favouriting the number of images included in your chosen package. Once your selections are confirmed, I’ll begin the final editing process to bring those visions to life. If you find yourself falling in love with more than what’s included, you always have the option to purchase additional images to complete your collection.
